Fair Housing Notice
Equal Housing Opportunity
Sold Zero Commission is committed to compliance with all federal, state, and local fair housing laws. We do not discriminate against any person because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or any other protected class under applicable law.
The Federal Fair Housing Act
The Fair Housing Act, enacted as Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, prohibits discrimination in the sale, rental, and financing of dwellings based on race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. The Act was amended in 1988 to include familial status and disability.
North Carolina Fair Housing Act
The North Carolina Fair Housing Act (N.C.G.S. 41A) provides additional protections against housing discrimination within the state. It covers the same protected classes as federal law and is enforced by the North Carolina Human Relations Commission.
